Tickets & Registration

What if I can no longer make it in-person? Can I change my ticket to virtual?
Yes, if you can no longer make it in person, you can exchange your ticket for a virtual one.

​What is the Refund Policy?
At this time, the tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

​Do you have special pricing based on our exchange rates if I live outside the United States?
No, all our tickets are in USD, and the price will increase as the event approaches.

​What happens in the event of a natural disaster?
If we are unable to hold a live event due to a natural disaster, your ticket will be converted to a virtual ticket, and you'll have an amazing virtual experience.

General Event Questions

Does the hotel offer free parking?
Valet parking, fee: $25 USD daily for overnight stays.

​Will there be an opportunity to meet Dr. Korotkov and other speakers?
Yes! We will have a VIP meet and greet with Dr. Korotkov and other speakers on November 10th from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

​Is there a Facebook Group for this conference?
There is not a separate FB group for this conference. Feel free to share posts on your personal page and use #OrlandoBioWell so we can see what you share!

 Will any meals be provided with my ticket?
No, you are responsible for your own meals & snacks throughout the day.

​What's the difference between IN PERSON & VIRTUAL Tickets?
Both experiences are going to be AMAZING! In-Person means you are coming to Orlando, Florida. Virtual can be watched anywhere in the world where there is internet access. 

​Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
We do encourage taking photos & sharing on your social media stories, but long audio/video of the sessions are prohibited. 

​Is there an age limit to attend?
Anyone above the age of 18 can attend the conference.

​When will I get my Swag?
If you attend in person, you will receive a swag bag at the event. If you attend virtually, you must order your ticket by August 31st. Swag is only available while supplies last!

Safety

What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/or get sick at the Event?
- If you get sick before the Event, please change your ticket to virtual. We can give you access to the recordings after the event.
